GIFT CARDS | THE PLAZA

We are no longer selling Kiwi Property Gift Cards.

If you are looking for a gift card then we suggest visiting your favourite retailers in The Plaza and purchasing a gift card direct from them.

If you have a Kiwi Property gift card you can still redeem it at The Plaza.

If you have an issue with an existing gift card the customer service team are able to help. You can call them on 06 358 1989  or visit them, situated next to Glassons, near the foodcourt.

If you have ordered an e-Gift Card and the recipient has not received the card then you may want to check the following:

• Is it in the recipients spam or junk file
• Is the recipients email correct? If not, you will need to email us at buygiftcard@kp.co.nz
• Check the delivery date that you have set. If this is incorrect you will need to email us at buygiftcard@kp.co.nz
