Terms and Conditions – Jungle activity drink bottle activity

1. The “Promoter” of this competition is NZ Retail Property Group (NZRPG), Unit 1A, Floor 1, 7 Maki Street, Westgate, Auckland 0814. Trading as The Plaza Shopping Centre, 84 The Square, Palmerston North 4410. Phone Number 06 358 1989.
2. Acceptance of Terms
   By entering this competition, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. How to Enter
   Entry into this promotion is granted only by spending a minimum of $30 at The Plaza during the promotional period.
   • Excludes spend or transactions at Woolworths, ASB. BNZ and for any store gift card purchases.
   • Receipts can be combined but must be during the promotional period.
   • Entrants must take their receipts to the Jungle activation area in The Plaza, situated near Jay Jays to be verified by staff.
   • The activation area will be open on the following days to participate:
   o Wednesday 8 April – Sunday 19 April 2026: 10am-4pm
   • The customer must complete the digital entry form: first name, last name, email address, spend and store name
   • Once these steps have been completed, the entrant will claim their drink bottle and have the opportunity to customise their drink bottle using the provided vinyl stickers.
   • Sticker sheets may not be removed from the activation site.
   • A customer may claim a maximum of four (4) drink bottles per entry, provided that all people receiving a bottle are present at the time of redemption. A minimum spend of $30 must be attributed to each drink bottle claimed.
   • The customisation of the drink bottles must be completed at the activity site.
4. The promotion will be open 10.00am Wednesday 8 April 2026 – 4.00pm Sunday 19 April 2026.
5. Entry into this promotion is only open to New Zealand residents who are aged 16 years and over.
6. People excluded from entering this promotion are staff and contractors of the Promoter, any participating sponsors, retailers and staff members from any participating centre, and their associated agencies and companies, and their immediate family members.
7. Indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for non-receipt for any reason of an entry.
8. Prize
   The promotion prize includes: 1x Action Sipper Bottle
9. Prize Conditions
   a. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be exchanged for alternative products or services.
   b. NZRPG accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or the use of the prize.
10. Privacy
    Entrants consent to NZRPG collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition.
11. By entering this promotion entrants consent to receiving communications by the promoter through the nominated contact details provided by the entrant. These communications include but are not limited to future campaigns, research, marketing of events and offers, and surveying.
12. Limitation of Liability
    NZRPG, its employees, or agents, are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the competition or prize use.
13. General
    a. NZRPG reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time without prior notice.
    b. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
