Parking

The Plaza offers over 1200 free outdoor and undercover parking spaces for shoppers including designated disabled and parents with prams parking spaces. There are two carparks at The Plaza.

Carpark One can be accessed from:
– Fitzherbert Street
– Ferguson Street
– Ashley Street

Carpark Two can be accessed from:
– Princess St
– Donnington St
– Ashley St

There are 8 parent parks available on the middle and top deck of carpark 2, closest to Farmers, entry from Princess St, Ashley St or Donnington St. There are another 8 parent parks on the middle deck of carpark 1 above the food court.

Accessible, 65+ Parking

Giving all of our customers the opportunity to shop, dine and be entertained is important to us. We have a separate accessible bathroom in each of our toilet areas, as well as dedicated accessibility parks.

Our accessible parks are located on the ground floor levels of both of our carparks.

Cars parked in clearly marked accessible parks without an appropriate permit are liable to be ticketed.

EV charging

Plug in your electric vehicle and charge for FREE while you shop.

Four electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available at The Plaza. Both Type 1 and Type 2 are located in the Ferguson Street carpark, next to the foodcourt entrance.

NOTE – the Type 1 and 2 EV chargers are currently undergoing repairs and maintenance. Whilst this takes place there is one Type 1 charger and one Type 2 charger in operation. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding while we undergo these repairs.

Also available on site are four Tesla electronic car supercharge stations. These are located on the ground floor of the Ferguson street carpark, next to the upper level ramp.

A free eBike lock dock & recharge station is also available and is located on the ground floor of the Ferguson street carpark next to the upper level ramp.

Customer Service Kiosk

Our team can provide you with a wide range of helpful information, including carparking assistance, the loan of wheelchairs and hire of pushchairs and mobility scooter charging.

Toilets

Our toilets are located:

• near the Foodcourt, beside Tank
• opposite Farmers, between Stevens and Laser Clinic

Both toilet locations have accessible toilets.

Parents’ rooms

Our Parents’ Rooms are child friendly spaces designed for your parental convenience. They are equipped with microwaves, toddler toilets, change tables and screened seated areas for your feeding privacy. All parents and caregivers are welcome.

Parent rooms are located:

• near the Foodcourt, beside Tank
• opposite Farmers, between Stevens and Laser Clinic

We’re breastfeeding friendly!

Please feel free to breastfeed your baby anywhere in the centre, however, if you’d like somewhere more private, we welcome you to use our parents’ rooms.

Free WiFi

The Plaza Shopping Centre offers FREE WIFI to all visitors.
